The Huron East Fire Department and the Huron County Emergency Services are inviting the public to an open house at the recently renovated Brussels Fire Hall and new Paramedic Base.

“The Huron East Fire Department is excited to welcome the public to the Brussels Station to see the new building renovations,” said Jay Arns, Fire Chief for the Municipality of Huron East. “It’s important to us that our local community has opportunities to learn more about their local emergency services.”

Community members of all ages are invited to see the new building renovations, participate in facility tours, learn more about local Fire and Paramedic services, and enjoy provided refreshments. “Huron County Paramedic Services appreciates being able to collaborate with the Municipality of Huron East for the new Paramedic Base in Brussels,” said Jeff Horseman, Director of Emergency Services for the County of Huron. “By working together, we’re able to bring efficient and quality emergency services to the community when they need it most.”

The open house is on Monday, December 2nd from 5:30 until 8:30 at the Brussels Fire Station, 51 Cn Rd, Brussels, ON N0G 1H0
