The Huron Hospice is hosting it's major fund-raising event of the year this Saturday evening

by Bob Montgomery

The Chair of the Board for the Huron Hospice, Jay McFarlan, says this Saturday's event is the flag ship event of the year for the Huron Hospice. The fourth No Place Like Home telethon will be held this Saturday at the Kingsbridge Centre on highway 21 north of Goderich. McFarlan says the event will feature live music performed by local artists and will be broadcast live on Facebook, You Tube and other social media as well as by HuronTel and Tuckersmith Communications on channel one.

McFarlan says the doors open at 6:30 Saturday evening, they'll have beef on a bun, a bar with alcoholic or non alcoholic beverages and they will have a free shuttle service from Seaforth to Kingsbride and from Bayfield to Kingsbridge.

More information about the No Place Like Home event and how to purchase tickets can be found under events on the Huron Hospice web site.
