Intimate Partner Violence Investigation Results In Charges
One person is facing multiple charges in the Municipality of North Perth.
On December 27th, 2024, members of the Perth County Ontario Provincial Police launched an investigation following a report of intimate partner violence.
A 51-year-old male resident of Listowel is charged with the following Criminal Code offences:
Assault - Spousal
Assault - Choking (two counts)
Mischief
Assault (two counts)
The accused is due to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Stratford on February 24th, 2025.
