Chamber Of Commerce And Municipality Of North Huron Hosting Job Fair In North Huron

The Chamber of Commerce for Goderich, North Huron and Central Huron has partnered with the municipality on a job fair in North Huron this Wednesday.

Chamber Executive Director Colin Carmichael says there was a job fair last year that was more related to the closing of Wescast Industries in Wingham. He says this is a more general job fair to help employers in several different fields find employees. Carmichael says some employers in North Huron have struggled to find employees in the past couple of years so the hope is the job fair will help connect employers with job seekers.

The job fair runs from 3:00 PM until 6:00 PM on Wednesday, September 18th at the Wingham Columbus Centre.
