Central Huron Community Improvement Coordinator Invites Residents To Join Them In Painting Issac Street On Friday

by Bob Montgomery

Central Huron's Community Improvement Coordinator Angela Smith says they didn't exactly paint the town of Clinton red last week, but they did paint some lovely yellow flowers on King St.

Smith says they painted yellow daises on the pavement and the goal was just to create a little joy and community spirit. “We had one little girl who was a recent kindergarten graduate join us and paint a flower on the street and she had a great time.”

In fact she had so much fun they're inviting anyone who would like to join them this Friday when they paint flowers on Issac Street from eight until eleven in the morning. Anyone who would like to do a little flower painting can meet them on Issac Street on Friday morning. More information about the project can be found on the Central Huron Facebook Page.
