Bluewater Council Hosting A Second Meeting On Sale Of Building At 6 Municipal Road In Bayfield

by Bob Montgomery

Bluewater council will be holding another meeting to work out the sale of the building at 6 Municipal Road in Bayfield.

Mayor Paul Kloop says, unlike last week's in-camera meeting, this weeks meeting on Tuesday evening, will be an open meeting. Two physicians from Seaforth have submitted an offer to buy the building and establish a clinic there. The building is currently used by the Bayfield Lions Club as well as the Bayfield Food Bank and other community groups.

The meeting on Tuesday will start at seven o'clock in the council chambers in Varna. Klopp says they might have to go in-camera very briefly, but most of the meeting will be open.
